1. Refund Policy
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee — 30 Days
Klaara Beauty offers a commercial guarantee of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a refund subject to full compliance with the conditions below.
1.2 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us by email at klaara.beautyy@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).
- Include photos and/or videos of the product received.
- Return the product in its original condition to the address provided by our customer service.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error by Klaara Beauty. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
1.4 Exclusions
- Product damaged by misuse, negligence, or intentional deterioration.
- Product lost or stolen during return shipping.
- Packages lost or stolen by the carrier during initial delivery.
- Requests beyond the 30-day period.
- Missing proof of purchase or photos/videos.
1.5 Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return, to the original payment method. Klaara Beauty reserves the right to refuse if the conditions are not met.
1.6 Exchanges
Klaara Beauty does not offer direct exchanges. Please proceed with a return/refund and place a new order.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Zones & Rates
Klaara Beauty offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase, to all serviced countries.
2.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days from confirmation. These times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Destination and geographic distance.
- Customs inspections.
- Peak periods (sales, holidays).
- Weather conditions or force majeure.
2.3 Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 3 to 5 business days after order validation.
2.4 Customs & Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
Klaara Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to postal services, carriers, customs, or force majeure. In case of a package not received beyond 30 business days, please contact klaara.beautyy@gmail.com.
2.6 Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their address. Klaara Beauty declines all responsibility in case of an incorrect or incomplete address.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, Klaara Beauty is committed to protecting your personal data.

Some data may be transferred to Canada, the USA (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) and Asia (supplier). These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses (Art. 44-49 GDPR).

Data retained for 3 years after the last order or last contact. Accounting/tax data: 10 years (legal obligation).

4. Terms of Service
4.1 Seller
klaara.shop is operated by Klaara Beauty, a French micro-enterprise. Email: klaara.beautyy@gmail.com. Hosting: Shopify Inc., Ottawa, Canada.
4.2 Purpose
These Terms of Service govern all sales on klaara.shop. Any order implies full acceptance of the Terms in effect at the date of the order.
4.3 Products
Products are described with the greatest accuracy. Photographs do not have contractual value.
4.4 Pricing
Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, with free shipping. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.
4.5 Ordering Process
Steps: product selection, cart verification, information entry, payment, email confirmation. The sale is concluded upon payment confirmation.
4.6 Secure Payment
Accepted methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Transactions are secured by SSL and PCI-DSS certified providers. No banking data is stored.
4.7 Right of Withdrawal (Legal Right)
Separate from the 30-day commercial guarantee. The right of withdrawal is an independent legal right. In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without reason. Notify by email, return the product within 14 days (shipping at your expense). Refund within 14 days after receipt of the return.
4.8 Legal Warranty of Conformity
2-year warranty (Art. L.217-4 to L.217-14 French Consumer Code). Warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641-1649 French Civil Code).
4.9 30-Day Commercial Guarantee
In addition to legal warranties, see Section 1 above. This guarantee does not replace the consumer's legal rights.
4.10 Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to products sold on klaara.shop. Klaara Beauty is not responsible for:
- Indirect damages related to product use.
- Individual results (which may vary between people).
- Delays attributable to carriers.
- Temporary site unavailability.
- Third-party website content.
Maximum liability: total amount paid for the relevant order.
4.11 Intellectual Property
All elements of the website are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
4.12 Force Majeure
Klaara Beauty is not liable in cases of force majeure (Art. 1218 French Civil Code).
4.13 Disputes
French law applies. Amicable mediation is prioritized. European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
4.14 Miscellaneous Provisions
The nullity of one clause does not affect the others. Non-exercise of a right does not constitute a waiver.
